Placements at Indira

The Indira Group of Institutes is continually securing stellar placements in terms of compensation as well as profiles on offer.

In the corporate world of today, companies look for Management Graduates with an open adaptable mindset, comfortable with technology, analytically strong, confident and smart personalities above the traditional tools and skills in Management. This is the outlook Indira seeks to address. We believe all students have different strengths and weaknesses and it is our intention to get each and every student a job.

At Indira we look at a very practical approach to Management Education, which is implemented through various initiatives such as Career Development Activities, Industrial Visits, Seminars and Workshops, GD and PI training, Foreign Industrial Tour etc, striving to create a generation of Business Management Professionals.

The Indira Placement process comprises of:

  • Summer Internship Program (2 months after Sem II )
  • Final Placements ( starts in Sem III )

The Final placement process at Indira starts in Sem 3 and continues till all the students are placed.

It involves on-campus selection process consisting of Aptitude Test, Group Discussions on various topics and Personal Interviews. Indira is associated with more than 350 National and Multi-National Organizations.

In the year 2018 we had 350 companies who visited our campus and students were offered jobs in various profiles such as Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Retail Management, Generalist HR, Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection and many more.

Average Package: 5-6 Lakhs

This year 2019 we will have more than 350 companies who will be visiting campus for placements.

Highest Package Offered so far: 12 Lakhs (International Placement in Dubai – Square Yards Realty)

To get placed in the best of companies students need to be motivated, have the right attitude, have high energy levels, good communication skills, openness to accept different roles, basic knowledge should be very strong and desire to learn and take on responsibility should be high.
